Abraham Pratella is truly a role model real estate agent. Abraham is professional, hardworking, and best of all has a big heart and is passionate about selling or finding the best home for his clients. Abraham has an entire team dedicated to serving his clients, and I never had to wait to see a home for purchase or get a response to a question. As an added bonus Abraham is also an instructor for contracts which gives him the ability to protect his clients and make sure the language in the contract is clear, fair, and supports the goals of his clients. Abraham is not the typical "salesman" real estate agent as time and time again I have experienced that Abraham wants to make sure you are satisfied. He is ethical, and moral and has a personal belief system that is demonstrated in every step of the real estate transaction. He is also excellent in handling situations that don't go well. An example was when we decided not to release the inspection contingency and not proceed with the purchase. The seller's agent and sellers were very angry and demonstrated childish behaviors. Abraham was cool, calm, and professional, and represented us well as he discussed the situation with the seller's agent and upheld his own personal standards in the best possible light without wavering. In summary, I would highly recommend that you give Abraham and team Pratella the chance to represent you for a sale or purchase. He was great in coaching us through the offer and escrow periods, even thoughtfully following up with options for gardeners, security and other services upon closing. We bought a home in a difficult seller's market, but Abraham made us feel like we were in a buyers' market because of the way he negotiated our deal, inspection terms, a rebate as well as financing!
